…her uncanny ability to help her clients identify and overcome challenges, set goals, and turn poison into medicine–because she has experienced this first hand in her own life.

She has worked in senior leadership in the non-profit sector for much of her career and brings a lens of inclusion to all her work. She is a social justice advocate and wants to provide an atmosphere of growth, clarity, and impact in all her professional endeavors.

Andrea was born prematurely with mild cerebral palsy and a leg-length discrepancy; at birth she weighed less than two pounds and was not expected to live. But live she did!

Andrea went on to conquer challenges head on by participating in athletics, dance, and musical theater. She has worn many hats in her personal life, including wife, parent, and individual parent… also known as head of household for her and her daughter.
